1. Information We Collect

When you use Orbito, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, and payment information. When you connect third-party tools (such as Connecteam, QuickBooks, or Gusto), we access scheduling, time entry, billing, and payroll data through their official APIs using OAuth tokens with the minimum required permissions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Orbito service: reconciling scheduling, billing, and payroll data; calculating overtime; generating alerts for discrepancies; and producing reports. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We store OAuth tokens securely and never store passwords for your connected services. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

Orbito integrates with third-party services (scheduling, billing, payroll platforms) at your direction. Each integration uses the provider’s official API with read-only permissions where possible. We access only the data necessary to perform reconciliation.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@orbito.cloud.
