1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbito (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Orbito provides a workforce intelligence platform that connects scheduling, billing, and payroll tools to reconcile data, track overtime, and surface discrepancies for security companies. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and integrations you authorize.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are locked at your sign-up rate for the duration of your subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. Orbito processes your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide or that is accessed through your connected integrations. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Limitation of Liability
Orbito provides reconciliation and alerting tools to assist your operations. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying all calculations, including overtime computations, before acting on them. Orbito is not liable for decisions made based on data provided by the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
